When you fill in our online submission form, B-SIDE EMPIRE will receive the details that you submit. This information will consist of your name, email address, the university you’re studying at, date of birth, your year of course, name of university course, area of submission, a picture of yourself for your profile, any information you choose to write about yourself in an ‘About Me’ box, acknowledgement that you have read our Terms & Conditions, and whether you would like to join our mailing list.

By filling out the submissions form, you will enable B-SIDE EMPIRE and its service providers to provide you with our services.

2. How will B-SIDE EMPIRE use the information they collect about me?

B-SIDE EMPIRE will use your information for the following purposes:

• For “service admission purposes”, which means that B-SIDE EMPIRE may contact you regarding the service you have signed up for;

5. Can I find out what personal information the B-SIDE EMPIRE holds about me?

Although B-SIDE EMPIRE only owns information provided by you in the submission form, under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that B-SIDE EMPIRE holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification.) We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you in our files.
