Well its been an exciting seven days. I’m super stoked for our re-launch, which is now penned in- not pencilled- for the first half of December. It’s looking awesome, I’ve been writing emails and other important cool things, and wow I’m most excited about our new submissions which we are keeping secret until the launch. Well, kind of secret. Not really super secret. But I’m excited.
AND we want to get an event together in Leamington before we all tootle off home for Christmas so I need to get on that …

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I tootled across Surrey in my Clio to Bletchingley for a few hours of MATTfest 2009, a “private party” in aid of the Meningitis Research Foundation and The Children’s Trust. Having arrived safely, without causing any injuries to the hundreds of cyclists who seemed to all have chosen the same day for a nice ride, I was armed with our new B-Side Empire Flip Ultra HD, my BlackBerry and suitable autumnal attire, and was ready for some music.

A little brief update on what’s going on…
Verity and I have been planning and planning and planning over the past few weeks. As we continuously keep saying, there will be some MAJOR changes happening this summer. But we’re now in the designing/putting-those-plans-in-motion stage, so expect to see some changes soon!

YES finally Jenn and I have finished our exams and can get cracking on our exciting to do lists for this summer, which you’ll be glad to hear mostly consists of B-Side Empire related splendifery.

Exams are STILL not over. They’re just dragging now and it’s getting ridiculous… there’s only so much revision I can take! I’m even doing that thing where you put a giant ‘X’ over all the days passed on the calendar – 11 days to go and 3 exams. I’m glad that it’s all dull, rainy, and gray now though. Last week I couldn’t stay in the house and focus on revision at all! …To the extent that Verity and I spent three and a half hours in a beer garden. …

HELLO WORLD.
Well, things have been pretty hectic lately, which is why we’ve been fairly silent. Our department decided that it would be a good idea to give us an essay due every week before exams. Fantastic. Now that period of hell is over, they’ve taken us into a new one…EXAMS. Therefore, equals REVISION (which, to be frank, isn’t going so wonderfully either). OH JUST GIVE US A BREAK ALREADY!
